Long Joel and Ethan Coen , Ettore Scola , Jia Zhang - Ke , and Wong Kar - wai are among the highlights of the festival , which takes place from 18 October 31th

The 37th International Film Festival of St. Paul begins this Friday ( 18 ) , with more than 360 films from countries around the world . The movie marathon two weeks includes productions that have been featured in international festivals and have a good chance of being among the Oscar nominees 2014.
